PI26 Advisory is an independent boutique counsel firm. We work with mid-cap groups, founders, and family offices on cross-border tax structuring, M&A, and the ongoing compliance discipline that turns a one-off deal into a clean operating posture.
We are small on purpose. Every engagement is partner-led; senior associates carry matters end-to-end; no juniors learn the deal on your file. We turn down work that does not match the bench, and we do not subcontract.
